Pay: $19-24/Hr
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available

We are hiring Load Builders immediately and looking for dependable, hard-working people who can handle physical work and keep up in a fast-paced lumber yard environment. This is not a light-duty job. If you want steady work, solid pay, and the opportunity to move up, this is the job for you.

The Load Builder is responsible for building and loading lumber and other building materials for customer deliveries and yard storage. This includes loading and unloading materials, staging orders, checking loads for accuracy, moving materials throughout the yard, and helping keep the yard clean, organized, and safe. This role works outdoors, stays active all day, and plays a direct part in keeping deliveries on schedule and customers taken care of.

We want people who show up on time, work hard without constant supervision, move with urgency, and take pride in doing the job right. Forklift experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to learn quickly matter most. Candidates should be comfortable working outside in all conditions and regularly lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy materials.

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in an active outdoor yard. Candidates must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds and safely perform physical work throughout the shift. Basic reading skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are required. Previous warehouse, yard, construction, or material-handling experience is preferred.
