We are seeking a friendly and competent Will Call Clerk to assist with customer orders and complete a range of day-to-day administrative duties. You will be responsible for answering the telephone and taking messages, greeting customers, filing, mailing, and maintaining and updating inventory records.
The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people and have strong organization and time management skills.
Will Call Clerk Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with great hospitality.
- Process customer orders and file documents.
- Maintain records for inventory database.
- Operate office equipment such as photocopiers and fax machines.
Will Call Clerk Requirements:
- Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, database and basic accounting software.
