Door & Window Administrative Back-up Salesperson
We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, is well organized, and can handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and organize their workload. The position expectations include, but not limited to attention to detail for accurate order processing. This fast-paced environment will be challenging yet rewarding.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Learning all bid systems from vendors.
- Understanding all Accuterm functions.
- All paperwork functions that salesmen currently do to include.
- Estimates
- Sales orders
- Invoicing
- Credits
- RTV’s
- Reviewing conformations for accuracy
- Filing
- Setting up and tracking deliveries
